Michael established XSEM in 2003 with business partner Dan Bardgett and together they have grown it into a multi award winning agency. Currently inside the top 40 C&IT agency list, his role is to continue to grow and develop XSEM through new business and all commercial opportunities. From its humble beginnings as a golf and hospitality business the agency has grown by expanding services to include, Virtual, Exhibition, Conference, Experiential, Brand and Rewards. When not working Michael is likely to be watching his kids play sport or on the golf course. XSEMs mantra is “we make people happy
